CCFI only invests in qualifying projects located with Targeted Employment Areas (TEA). These qualifying projects require a lesser capital investment of $500.000.
Current Projects:
Job Creation - Estimated 1,300 jobs
- Facility being designed and constructed for Proterra LLC
- Construction of +/- 240,000 SF Transporation Assembly Facility
- Facility to be located at Clemson University International Center for Automotive Research (CU-ICAR) in Greenville, SC
- Proterra will manufacture its battery-powered transit bus at the CU-ICAR facility
